Before working with Cody, I had no idea what to do with myself when I walked in the gym. I didn't know how to use the equipment, I didn't know how to put together a work out, and I wasn't sure what my fitness goals were.
I really appreciated having Cody and Robert to ask questions about working out and nutrition at any time. They were always prompt and super helpful.
Now I feel confident in the gym. I have a better idea of what I'm doing, I have a better understanding of how to reach my goals.
I thought it was silly to have a goal of being able to do a pull up. Now I can do three, my next goal is 10. I've started running again, and signed up for a 10k run. I couldn't of got where I am today without the help of Cody!
